1. No issue with the item:

Customer can return the item in 7 days after sign the package, customer are responsible for the return shipping cost+10% restock fee

2. Item has defects :

We will send the customer replacement part first, it may take some days(14-90 days) depending on the factory response speed. After we receive the replacement part and ship it to you, the warehouse will send you an email with a tracking number.

If the factory can't provide replacement parts, we will offer a partial refund to buyers in the following two situations:
1. After-sales requests submitted within one month of receiving the product.
2. Requests related to products found damaged upon unboxing, and where the buyer can provide videos or pictures as evidence.

Customers need to pay the shipping cost if they do not accept replacement parts or partial refund and insist on returning the item. We will provide the shipping address and a full refund after reselling the item to the next buyer as a sample.
